I've been in the travel business since the mid-1980s. When I was young, I was not sure what direction my future would take. When I stumbled into this wonderful community called the travel industry, I found that I enjoyed everything about it. It felt like home to me, and I had not been able to say that about any other job. 

I worked my way up to becoming director of operations at a big, mega travel agency, where I oversaw the staff, client retention, accounting, and all the other pieces of running the business. At the same time, I continued to serve my growing client base. Eventually, I realized that I preferred planning travel for clients over handling operations for the business. I decided to go out on my own, and my clients followed me. 

Today, at Tzell Travel Group, my primary specialty is working with corporate clients in the entertainment business. I get a lot of satisfaction from the role I play in making sure that my client’s travel corporate and leisure arrangements are as seamless and smooth as possible.
