I am the owner of Mosaic Travel Service, an affiliate of Tzell. My travel industry story dates back to the early 1980s when I was a Hotel, Restaurant, and Travel Administration major at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. After graduating, I went to work for TNT Vacations, and today my specialty is booking leisure itineraries for families, whether yours is a close-knit group of three or a multigenerational party of 16. I have a vast knowledge of the world, but I've lived in Switzerland for over 3 years and know it extensively! 

The majority of my bookings focus on Europe, although I have booked many trips to Africa and South America as well. One of the most popular destinations I sell is Switzerland, an easy place to get around because so much is accessible by train. I have hiked there myself, so I can recommend certain trails over others, depending on who is in your group. If you have small children or elderly people with you, I will recommend an easier hike than if it is just you and another athletic young adult.

Iceland is another wonderful destination for my clients, whether they are with a family or part of a couple looking for a bit of romance. The Blue Lagoon Iceland Geothermal Spa, the Canopy by Hilton and the Golden Circle are incredible destinations. It is simply one of the most amazing destinations you will ever see.
