I’ve been in the travel industry for 21 years. In the 1990s I was the top salesperson for the London division of my company, but something was missing—I wanted something more. So I moved to the US and worked at Ovation Travel, then joined Travel Agency powerhouse Tzell Travel Group in 2010, and have been here ever since. Meeting the needs of my corporate and leisure clients is challenging and rewarding.

"I had to send you a quick note to tell you how amazing Pippa is. I have many examples of how responsive and efficient she is but last night she SAVED the day! Myself and a DM booked the wrong day flight by accident. We noticed at the time we were supposed to board. I sent Pippa an e-mail at 8:30 last night. She reacted and called me immediately as she knew it was urgent. She QUICKLY changed the hotel and flight to be almost the same price.
