Business travel can be a real drain on employees. It’s my job to prevent that whenever possible. I love how every day, I can do something to make someone's travel experience better. Getting a client the last aisle seat on a flight, reaching out to our partners to get a room upgrade, researching the perfect exclusive dinner reservation, or just getting a change fee waived; my days are focused on making the stressful travel experiences better for our clients.
