In the past year, I have traveled to Mexico, Egypt, Greece, Italy and France. Jumping into 2022, I've already visited Costa Rica's newest Wellness Experience! We could all use a little reboot!

  • After a successful career with American Express Travel Services, I launched Far and Away Luxury Destinations in 2005 a boutique agency that designs curated travel experiences for clients that love to travel well. My affiliation with Global Travel Collection allows my team access to the very best partners and services around the globe. Providing an elevated travel experience each time you book with us! 
  • My specialties are Luxury Honeymoons, Safaris, Destination Weddings, Muli-Generational and Wellness travel.  All itineraries are paired with the best private guides and drivers with luxury accommodations in 4-5 star resorts, camps and lodges, customized to meet my client's preferences.
  • I have crafted itineraries to include volunteering at an elephant sanctuary in Thailand, wine immersion in Chile, touring Parmigiano-Reggiano production in Italy and sailing a private chartered yacht through the Greek Ionian islands.  Just a few examples of memories my clients will keep for a lifetime! 
  • I have coordinated destination celebrations in St. Barths, Anguilla and Paris, planned multi-generational "trips of a lifetime" in Africa on Safari and India. Designed amazing Honeymoons in Thailand, South America, Tahiti and beyond.
  • The biggest reason of all, I have first hand experience travelling pre and during the Covid Pandemic.  Actually visiting countries and resorts, understanding the beauty and idiosyncrasies of each locations!

  • India visiting Agra, Jaipur, Udiapur, Delhi and experiencing all the Golden Triangle highlights while visiting new hotels
  • France annual meeting with 100+ luxury partners from around the globe with additional time to explore and immerse into various regions
  • Spain multiple trips scouting foodie experiences in Barcelona and island of Mallorca wellness resorts.
  • SW Germany visiting the most romantic and family-friendly towns in The Black Forest, Baden Baden and Heidelberg with Michelin Star dining.

I have lived in NY, CT and Hawaii. Home is now in the lovely horse country of Far Hills with my daughters and husband of 24 years, our mini labradoodle and wire haired pointing griffon, lion head rabbit and 16 designer chickens.

The Best of Everything

We began working with Linda after a friend's recommendation and we have been very pleased. Linda is excellent at being proactive about planning, she knows what you'll need to plan before you've even thought about it, especially with dining transportation and on site activities. She knows the best places to visit and takes into consideration your family's ages and interests, likes and dislikes. If you are a foodie, she knows the best restaurants and if you're an action junkie, she knows the attractions. We would highly recommend Linda for all of your travel needs.

Linda planned a trip for us to Hawaii. From Day 1, she was professional, energetic, and provided constant updates. She was well versed in all the destinations I inquired about. Highly detailed, organized, easy to work with...and excellent in her role. Not a detail was missed and all her recommendations at our final destination were outstanding. The trip was planned with a full itinerary and every step of the trip from travel to excursions to recommendations went perfectly. Expertly handled our varied group

I have worked with Linda on many trips. The most difficult, for her, was a group of 14 opinionated women in Italy for 2 weeks. First week was with a tour group to see the major cities. She picked one that was very good, but still within our non-extravagant price range. All were extremely happy with the tour she chose, and she also able intervened in some minor hiccups while we were there. At the end of this portion, she helped us get tickets to see the Pope give his Easter address in St. Peter's Square!! Still not sure how she managed it, but she definitely went above and beyond for this one. Second part of the trip was an independent visit to the Amalfi Coast, with us centered in Sorrento. The first suggestion was an amazing property on the water, but we eventually settled on a more reasonable hotel that was simply beautiful. Recommendations for site seeing, restaurants, and activities. Bravo to a job well done!!

Goes Above & Beyond

We've been using Linda as our travel agent for about 4 years. I was hesitant at first, since she lives in a different state and in the past, I've always worked with travel agents in person.

However, I quickly learned that she is far better than anyone else I've ever worked with. Why? Because she really "listens" to what it is you are looking for, and she does her homework and always comes up with creative ideas.

When we book with her, we know that she will choose interesting boutique hotels in great locations, all transfers will be private and go smoothly, and if there are any "extra" amenities or "deals" floating around, she will find them.

She has helped us with both small and large trips in Europe, Asia, and the Carribbean. Her service is always exceptional & reliable -- whether helping us with a small item or arranging an entire trip. Even though we've never met her personally, she has become a "friend", and we always feel well taken care of by her.

The most attention to detail

Superior customer service!! We had travelled out of the country to an all inclusive resort. My husband left his sunglasses on the beach and we didn't realize it until we were back home. She contacted the resort for us and found them!! Shipped them right to us :). Just one example of going above and beyond!!
